Simple-Minded Anti-Semite Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez Compares Criticism Of Rep. Ilhan Omar to the Holocaust

33

Using the genocide of Jews to defend a Jew-hater. The new Democrat nazi party. What Omar does is bad enough, and getting worse all the time, but what is even worse still is the fact that the Democrats have embraced her hatred of America. They have embraced and internalized it. It is part of what they are. The horror of the hate that Omar represents and fosters is very real, but we can be grateful that America is seeing this, hearing this, finally — the true face of the new Nazi party, the party of jihad, the party of treason. The notoriously hard-left enemedia has hidden the evil of the Democrat party for far too long. Scrub as they might, this is too evil to shroud.

“Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez Compares Criticism Of Rep. Ilhan Omar to the Holocaust,” by Timothy Meads, Townhall, April 13, 2019 (thanks to Wendy):

On Friday night, Democratic Socialist Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez illuminated her relative lack of knowledge regarding world history once again by invoking the Holocaust in her defense of Rep. Ilhan Omar from what she says is an “explicit attack” from President Donald J. Trump. The commander-in-chief shared a video yesterday evening reminding Rep. Omar and her allies about the tragedy that occurred on 9/11 resulting in nearly 3,000 dead Americans. Rep. Omar has previously diminished the terror attack by Al-Qaeda as “some people” doing “something,” which was included in the video.  Conservative commentators and pundits across Twitter reminded Rep. Ocasio-Cortez her criticism of President Trump fell short on a number of reasons.

Story continues below advertisement

“Members of Congress have a duty to respond to the President’s explicit attack today.@IlhanMN’s life is in danger. For our colleagues to be silent is to be complicit in the outright, dangerous targeting of a member of Congress,” Rep. Ocasio-Cortez tweeted.

Her tweet went on to say, “We must speak out,” and included a photo the famous poem by German Lutheran pastor Martin Niemöller about the Holocaust and how dictator Adolf Hitler and Nazi targeted individual groups, eliminating them one by one. Rep. Ocasio-Cortez tagged the Holocaust Memorial Museum in her tweet as well….

Sen. Elizabeth Warren and Sen. Bernie Sanders also condemned President Trump for his tweet.

Sen. Warren said, “The President is inciting violence against a sitting Congresswoman—and an entire group of Americans based on their religion. It’s disgusting. It’s shameful. And any elected leader who refuses to condemn it shares responsibility for it.”

While Sen. Sanders added, “Ilhan Omar is a leader with strength and courage. She won’t back down to Trump’s racism and hate, and neither will we. The disgusting and dangerous attacks against her must end.”

Here’s the video. It features Rep. Omar’s words in comparison to what actually happened.

Both hate the U.S. and exploit ignorance.
They are trying to tap into more Trump hate.
They have to keep the hate and disinformation going.

Let us not fall into the trap of allowing people like this
woman to promote the kind of commentary that is intending to move the fault
from one person, who is clearly guilty of inane comments that smack of her
anti-us “others” Islamic philosophy to another who happens to be President of
these U.S. who speaks out against the type of commentary coming from the mouths
of woman who have poisoned minds and thoughts that constitute what I believe is
anti-Americanism. Always consider the source of the commentary. In this case
the source is coming from a woman who has had her brains whitewashed like the “Manchurian
candidate” and another who is caught up in the ultra-liberalism of the left,
and cannot ever see the trees from the forest.

Sen. Warren said, “The President is inciting violence against a sitting Congresswoman—and an entire group of Americans based on their religion. It’s disgusting. It’s shameful.

I agree- there is something disgusting and shameful here, Elizabeth: viz you. Quoting, or displaying, someone’s own comments- even if you are taking them out of context and portraying them in a polemical fashion- does not constitute inciting violence. To be sure, there is an element of political theatre to it, but nowhere that I see did Trump or Crenshaw encourage violence against Moslems.

As a former Harvard professor- even if you were selected on the basis of fake ethnicity- I think you should be able to distinguish between Trump’s perhaps tasteless, but accurate, rendition of Omar’s comments and, say, the daily murderous, hate filled exhortations by Moslem leaders that do in fact directly encourage and “incite” the murder and of Jews and Christians.

Elizabeth, you are a two bit fraud.

I don’t get it. The muslim c*nt trivialized 9/11 attack and donald trump criticized her. Not to mention that she likened her speech with bush’s remarks on 9/11 attack, which is not the similar thing, since the bush blatantly threatened the perpetrators. And AOC claimed that donald trump threatened ilhan’s life? If ilhan could trivialize 9/11 attack by saying that some people did something, then I could say that donald trump was just saying something and it’s true, it’s not a death threat. It’s either she is just being stupid or she just wants to silence her political opponent or both.

When she said that aipac influenced politicians to be pro-israel, could it be considered inciting violence?
When she said that jewish money influenced politicians to be pro-israel and jews by saying “it’s all about benjamin, could it be considered inciting violence?
When she said that those pro-israel (while she herself is a pro-palestine), have dual loyalties, could it be considered inciting violence?

Please…her jokes are more painful than what donald trump said on ilhan’s remarks and 9/11 attack, that I would gladly consider them all as the acts of inciting violence.

First, her friend rashida claimed someone who was black as a token
And, then this muslim c*nt trivialized 9/11 by saying that some people did something
But no wonder that these stupid muslimas have the habits of degrading someone or something

Answer. Put 12 shovels in front of her and tell her to take her pick.

Note to Congress.
Dear Congress, I don’t wish to alarm you, but AOC needs help. When in the “Ladies”, she needs Tom Tom to find her bum.

Here is a witless Wapo article about this controversy:

https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/2019/04/15/just-say-it-trumps-attacks-ilhan-omar-are-designed-incite-hatred/?noredirect=on&utm_term=.0a85c364387f

Here is an off-the-cuff analysis of the article penned by Greg Sargent:

One cannot conclusively establish one way or the other whether Trump actively wants to see physical harm befall Omar. But here’s what we can say right now: Trump’s attacks absolutely are designed to incite hatred of Muslims, and the fact that this could have horrifying consequences
does not weigh on him in the slightest. We know these things, because Trump’s monumentally dishonest treatment of Omar’s quote,

Ok, the first sentence qualifies as brilliant insight by WaPo’s standards. But despite Sargent’s certainty on the matter, the second sentence is at best dubious, is not well substantiated, and is likely the writer’s projection of his personal attitudes toward Trump. FWIW, Trump’s comments do nothing to cause me to “hate Muslims”, but both Trump and I recognize the hatred toward the kuffar that the underlying ideology of Islam promotes. As such, it is simply mindless calumny against Trump. WaPo and Sargent don’t want you to know about the hatred that inheres in Islam and that is evidenced daily throughout the world.

In what way is Trump’s treatment of Omar’s words “dishonest”? True, they are taken out of context, but that does not in an of itself constitute dishonesty. Well perhaps a clue can be found here:

As Tom Rogan demonstrates, the phrase “some people did something” is an aside … When she says that “some people” did it, she meant “some people who are not us” or “not like us,”

Sorry, gents, but I think “some people” are all too much like her: they both embrace a supremacist ideology that proclaims that people like me should be eliminated or subjugated. “Journalists” like you seem curiously bent on denying that fact.

Many Muslims also died on 9/11, and that the vast majority of American Muslims are decent patriots. Maybe I’m wrong, but I think that was her key point: al Qaeda are not us,…

The fact that many Muslims died is irrelevant to this discussion. I have known two Moslems I might call “decent patriots” …. I have met several who detested the United States and what at its best it stands for. You have attributed to Omar a sentiment that she did not express (it might have been a fine opportunity for her to have done so) but instead is one of your own projection. I think you are wrong.

Islamophobes are mindless. They fear because they are ignorant. If they ever met Muslims in real life they would find out that they are just people too.

There were foreign tourists, also muslims killed. Don’t know how many, but it was reported immediately, then not mentioned again. They hushed that up because it’s punishable by death for muslims to kill innocent muslims. And it was such a “victory” for muslims that they just let it pass too. Filthy animals.

Either way though, if someone who took deep offense to Omar’s comments, does “something”, they have put the narrative out there to play the blame game. Damned if you do, damned if you don’t, but don’t let a good crisis go to waste even if it’s one of your own doing.

AOC and Ilhan Omar are not fools. They are pandering to their local constituents. Both reps have substantial muslims populations in their voting districts. Israel-bashing and veiled anti-semitism plays well with this crowd. Both will probably get re-elected in 2020.
