De Blasio says he’d sue to stop Trump from intervening in NYC crime surge

41

De Blasio will sue the President to insure the killing and violence continues and that nothing gets in the way of the ongoing destruction of what once was the world’s greatest city.

He will to sue President Trump to stop him from taking action against the criminals who are murdering his citizens. That is because the murderers are his voters. This corruption and lawlessness is what you are voting for if you vote for any Democrat in November. Send the National Guard to New York City under the Insurrection Act, Mr. President.

De Blasio says he’d sue to stop Trump from intervening in NYC crime surge

By The New York Post, July 21, 2020

Mayor Bill de Blasio on Wednesday vowed to go to court if President Trump makes good on his promise to intervene in response to New York City’s uptick in violent crime.

The mayor blasted Trump’s threat as “bluster” at his daily press briefing.

“If he tried to do it, it would only create more problems,” the mayor said. “We would immediately take action in court to stop it.”

De Blasio later added, “I do believe it’s bluster. I do believe we can beat him in court. It would just create a lot of pain and confusion. Maybe that’s what he wants.”

On Monday, Trump called on Gov. Andrew Cuomo to end the recent crime spree in the Big Apple, saying, “if the governor is not going to do something about it, we’ll do something about it.”

Trump also floated the idea of sending in federal law enforcement officers — like he did last week in response to violent protests in Portland, Oregon. Officials there have said the presence of federal agents has only exacerbated the riots, which have been raging for more than 50 nights.

In his Monday night appearance on NY1’s “Inside City Hall,” de Blasio called the feds’ response in Portland a “fiasco” that has “totally backfired.”

I have a lot of faith in the NYPD but I do not have faith in the notion of just throwing in federal law enforcement for obviously political reasons,” he said. “That always backfires.”

Meanwhile, Police Commissioner Dermot Shea had a more diplomatic response to Trump’s threat.

“I always thank people for lending assistance, but we have the resources here,” Shea said on CNN Tuesday morning.

“I hope I’m being very clear here. We have a lot of obstacles, but we’re going to get out of this — NYPD, New York City residents, leaders all across New York City — together.”

De Blasio has such hubris. There are Federal laws being violated to which the President can and should respond to with Federal Law enforcement agencies.

It’s rich considering what a tyrant he is. He only cares about laws when it suits him.
How do we get rid of him? not sarcastic here.

Anyone that can leave New York City probably should, because the recent rioting was likely just a warning of what’s to come.
Probably the moratorium on police retirements can’t last indefinitely, and then police will be able to retire. Otherwise, police injured in the recent riots, numbering in the hundreds, will need to be sure their records of job related injuries are up to date.

Why aren’t New Yorkers up in arms over Cuomo and DeBlaizio other than Ms. Geller? Surely this is not allowable in their New York State Constitution….

Look at the millions that the kenyan imported to NY – that’s a part of it. NYC was world HQ for MArxism since Marx moved it there. All the major “universities” are Khommie indoctrination centers.

I wonder if Trump will ever get the support he needs to use the Insurrection Act. Has Chad Wolfe seen the light yet. He does need his buy in since he is the acting Secretary of Homeland Security and Under Secretary of Homeland Security for Strategy, Policy, and Plans.

He previously served in several positions in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), including as Chief of Staff of the Transportation Security Administration and Chief of Staff to DHS secretary Kirstjen Nielsen.

When Trump left town to go to Maine to talk to fishermen, Wolfe allowed the National Guard into D.C. UNARMED whereas Trump wanted them armed. He defied Trump and should have been fired. He’s also a lobbyist for foreign VISAS!

Thank Javanka for pushing Wolfe through to his position …. lobbied for the National Association of Software and Services Companies, which was in favor of the H-1B visa program, led to criticism from groups favoring more restrictive immigration policies…

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chad_Wolf

I just can’t wait to see the final form of Jared’s latest project – the DACA bill that is supposed to be based on MERIT but that wouldn’t please Javanka with such big bleeding hearts for money and their establishment friends. Send these two packing! They managed to get good Trump people out of there like Bannon!

It boggles the mind that the NY real estate industry is putting up with Comrade De Blasio. The losses, now in the tens of billions, are piling up. If they had any cajones, he would have been relocated to an undisclosed location in the Meadowlands by now.

Trump has stated publicly that federal assistance can be provided to the crime-ridden Democrat cities and the far-left deranged Mayors have rejected his offer.

He should leave the Democrat controlled sh*holes as an example of America’s future with empty vessel Beijing sleepy hair sniffer Biden in charge. As I predicted, the Wuhan virus is now called the Trump virus by Botox Pelsoi.

Trump has every right to send in forces to protect federal buildings, property and personnel. Screw DeBlasio.

Then there is the Insurrection Act, which Trump is reluctant to use.

I understand WHY Trump is reluctant, but sooner or later HE WILL HAVE TO USE IT. But, I would do exactly as you said and let the Nazi De Blasio protect or not protect his own citizens. Federal bldgs and its employees is Trump’s right to protect.
