McCloskeys Indicted on Gun Charges Stemming From Standoff at St Louis Mansion

By Paul Best, Fox News, October 7, 2020:

Mark and Patricia McCloskey were indicted Tuesday on charges of unlawful use of a weapon and tampering with evidence, according to their attorney Al Watkins.

The charges related to an incident that occurred in June, when hundreds of Black Lives Matter protesters marched onto a private street the McCloskeys live on. The McCloskeys went outside to confront the protesters. Mark McCloskey had an AR-15 rifle, while Patricia McCloskey had a semiautomatic pistol.

The couple contends that protesters broke through an iron gate, ignored a “No Trespassing” sign, and screamed threats of arson and rape at them, while protest leaders say that the march was peaceful and no threats were made.

ABSOLUTELY – also the BLM spokesman who declared –
“he’d have murdered the couple himself had he’d been there”
= for protecting their “castle” AFTER the crowd first threatened ->
1) to kill the couple,
2) to kill their dog
3) to loot + burn down their home
4) also heard there was a threat of rape

If they can’t out rightly take your guns away, they will take them if you DEFEND yourself from domestic terrorists. Using a search warrant the Soros prosecutor Gardner, ordered the McClowskey legally owned and licensed guns be confiscated. Missouri has the Castle Doctrine so she will hopefully fail on this.

Soros paid for – St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner protects criminals and tries to prosecute
victims. If you want MORE of this – vote for BIDEN! Trump is adamant on protecting your Second Amendment.

The NRA has far larger fish to fry. One of their LESS severe problems is Nohio’s (special emphasis on the “No”), governor little mikki da-whiner attempting to push through Red Flag laws. Then, there’s Virginia … which makes Nohio look like a “gun-friendly” state, pushing unconstitutional legislation. And, what’s going on in other states make Virginia look tame.

I told you to go bulk, way back in April, before some higher court could overrrule Judge Roger Benitez. You had a month, and there was still plenty of ammunition available .. and most of the bulk sales websites were back to shipping to CA.

Didn’t listen, did you?

That Soros backed DA should be sued for violating their civil rights

Achmed Mohandjob

It was the prosecution that tampered with evidence. That handgun, shown in the video, had been assemble to not cycle rounds or fire, as it was used in court “demonstrations”. The prosecution disassembled the firearm and assembled it so that it would fire.

With what “evidence” did the McCloskey’s supposedly tamper?

State charges. State crime. Even if Fat Willy wanted to do something about it, he couldn’t.

The fact that there was even a thought to charge this couple with a crime, is a crime in itself. Every one involved with their persecution, should be immediately fired and charged. Trump should get involved immediately and send troops to that city if necessary. You don’t need to be a lawyer to see this is a huge violation of their civil rights.

Not to worry. Fat Willy’s DOJ will be right on it. But, not until after lunch.

santashandler

But……how will he ever fit all that in to his grueling schedule, when he’s got so many other pressing things. You know, like what kind of red wine he’s demanding the DOJ cafeteria serve. And just how long to dry age the beef. Not to mention, making decisions on what type of dessert to have available daily. AND for snacks. I don’t know how the man keeps it all together with demands like that.

This should serve as fair warning of what is going to naturally occur.

Prosecuting legal gun owners exercising their Second Amendment rights of self-defense while giving free rein to the criminal element is going to lead to someone getting their ass blown away.

It is better to have a gun and not need it than to need a gun and not have it.

Be safe, be trained, be alert.

It’s a sorry state of affairs when the states local judicial system has sunk so low that it takes the state attorney office and governor to administer justice on a local level!!
